Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the product and customization requested.
Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive available tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders at OMA Gift Shop. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. OMA Gift Shop is not responsible for delays or packages delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
