Products & Custom Orders
OMA Gift Shop offers ready-made, custom, and personalized products. Because many of our items are handmade or customized, slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, wording, and other customization details when placing an order.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be added at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
For custom or personalized orders, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.
Customer-Provided Designs & Images
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photos, logos, designs, names, or other content they provide to OMA Gift Shop for customization. OMA Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse a custom request when appropriate.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized and custom nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by OMA Gift Shop.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it and provide photos of the item and a description of the issue.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping and local pickup options may be available depending on the order. Processing and delivery times may vary, especially for custom or personalized products. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
Product Colors & Appearance
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and the handmade nature of certain products. Minor variations are not considered defects.

All content on the OMA Gift Shop website, including our logo, original designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other content created by OMA Gift Shop, may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
