Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the custom and personalized nature of many OMA Gift Shop products, custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error was made by OMA Gift Shop.
For non-custom items, please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by OMA Gift Shop, please contact us and provide photos of the item along with your order information and a description of the issue.
We will review the request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate names, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, wording, and other customization details before submitting an order. OMA Gift Shop is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.
Returns of Non-Custom Items
If a non-custom item is eligible for return, please contact OMA Gift Shop before returning the item. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return eligibility will be determined based on the item and circumstances.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by OMA Gift Shop.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error by OMA Gift Shop.

Product Colors & Handmade Items
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and the handmade nature of certain products. Minor variations in color, placement, size, or appearance are not considered defects.
Local Pickup Orders
Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up according to the pickup instructions provided by OMA Gift Shop. Please contact us if you need assistance with your pickup order.
